Taxis and shuttle services can be booked at counters after customs, before exiting the airport. To be paid in argentine pesos, equivalent to approximately USD 25.

We offer parking in the basement. To enter, call the front desk of the building or use a remote control we can provide (a 20 dollar deposit will be requested).
There are also 28 open parking spaces outside the building, subject to availability.
Entry is via either of the two Dock barriers.

TIP

If you are a foreign visitor, we recommend exchanging only what is necessary for your arrival at the apartment at the airport (about 50 dollars will be more than enough). Many shops offer additional discounts for cash payments instead of credit cards. Do not bring old dollars (small head) or euro bills larger than 100. Also, avoid stained or damaged bills, as they may be rejected. Ask upon arrival for more details.

Important

All guests' names and ID numbers must be sent before arrival.

When getting to the building, please register at the front desk, even before parking the car.

Instructions for Opening the Entrance Door:

1. Place your finger on the top part for a few seconds.

2. When the keypad lights up, enter your Personal Code (usually triple 0, followed by the last 4 digits of your mobile phone), followed by the # key. Example: 000 1 2 3 4 #

3. Open the door.

Parking

Elevator access code from the parking garage: 1251#

Once your vehicle is registered at the front desk, ask to the guard to open the parking’s gate.

We can also provide a remote control ( a USD 20 deposit is requested).

To exit with the vehicle without the remote control, there is a push button to open the gate from the inside, to the right side of the gate.

We request that you respect the allotted parking number.

Building Rules and Recommendations

No smoking

In the apartment or anywhere else in the building.

visitors

Visitors in temporary rental apartments are not allowed. Ask in advance for any special requests.

Respect

Avoid loud noises or playing music at high volume to respect the tranquility of the residents.

amenities

Swimming pool, gym, and sauna are available from 11 AM to 7 PM. Minors are allowed but only accompanied by an adult. There are changing rooms for showering before using the pool (mandatory).

Common Areas

Circulation in swimwear, without a shirt, barefoot, or wet is not permitted anywhere in the building.

Reception

Waiting for check-in at the building’s entrance hall is not permitted, nor is remaining there after check-out.

fines

Any fines received from the administrator for violating building rules will, unfortunately, be charged to the guests.

Energy saving

Please help us by turning off unused lights and leaving air conditioning units off when you leave.

Balcony Awnings

Balcony awnings must remain closed when no one is in the apartment and during storms or strong winds. We keep them in good condition and functioning, and we expect to keep them the same way.

cleaning

If you require cleaning services during your stay, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The cost must be agreed upon with the person performing the service and paid in cash directly to them.

Laundry

At both ends of the building, in the basement, there are washing machines and dryers. Tokens are purchased at a machine located in the south sector laundry (entering the building, right side) using bills. You may use our detergent and fabric softener at no cost.

garbage

Remove all trash and place it in the corresponding containers located at the staircase exit. Wash and store all used dishes.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Damages

Please inform us of any accidental breakage or damage that occurs during your stay, as well as any malfunction of electrical or plumbing appliances.
